Season 3

The third season started with episode, Lost son. In this episode the CSI team is investigating the case of abduction of a boy and ransom jewellery is found fake. So they move to the jeweler’s store and during a shootout, Tim Speedle is shot by his own gun mistakenly after it got jammed. He dies and is buried with police honors. Calligh’s father rushes into lab to her fearing that he might have killed somebody in drunkard state. Ryan Wolfe is appointed in place of Tim Speedle.

Yelina makes a call to Horatio when he is busy investigation of a case at night that her son Ray Jr. is missing. Horatio suspects that Yelina is being physically abused by her boy friend, Rick. A culprit has Sex DVD of Miami Crime Judge with a sleazy woman, and for investigation they have to peep in personal lives of Miami’s judicial system. Calligh meets her ex-love Detective Hagen and works with him on a case.

This episode has earned highest ratings. This episode revolves around the disclosure that Raymond is alive and is working in deep undercover, when Horatio finds his bloody finger print on a crime scene. He emerges now because of his son’s kidnapping and both brothers save Ray Jr. On the other hand Hagen puts a gun on Calligh and later commits a suicide.
